J'ai essayé de mettre ce script à la racine de mon site Moodle local, et ça me répond :
Command line scripts can not be executed from the web interface.

Ah, OK, j'ai compris. Sous Windows il faut ouvrir l'interface MS-DOS, aller dans le répertoire à la racine du site Moodle local et lancer l'instruction:

php list_plugin_types.php

et ça marche.

Quand on fonctionne avec Windows, on a tendance à oublier l'interface MS-DOS. Pour moi c'est un retour en arrière d'une trentaine d'années, cette interface. Bon, je sais que les "vrais" programmeurs n'utilisent pas Windows.
