It would be easier to answer your question if you said a) which Moodle version you are using b) what exactly you are getting on your forum discussion page and what you would like to get instead. What about attaching a screen shot?

You might even get rid of the unwanted stats in the footer (e.g. "0.257615 secs Included 25 files") by using this:

Not sure I quite understand what you mean by "Does anyone know of a way to create an objective question that Moodle will automatically grade with a foreign font?". Could you simply give us an example?
