Locally Assigned Roles - potential users 0

When I try to assign more people as administrator roles for a Feedback module instance, I get 0 potential users. How can I get the users registered on the site listed as potential users? I suspect I need to set them somewhere as "administrators" befopre they can become visible, but I do not want to assign them site-wide administrator roles.

I am using Moodle 1.9.+ (weekly build) and today updated to the latest Feedback for Moodle 1.9 to make sure I have the latest version.

Why on earth would you want to assign someone the administrator role for a Feedback instance?

Hi,

can you tell me where you created the feedback: inside of a course or on the frontpage.
The page to assign roles only lists the users which are assigned at the course.
If your feedback is on the frontpage so you previously have assign the wanted users as frontpage users.

But there is no advatage to assign users as administrator for a feedback. The editing teacher does the same.
