I have a question regarding to grades , i want to add school's grades into moodle ,what is the best way for doing that??
and can my report include thats info??

Do you want to add your own grading scale (an alternative to 'Satisfactory/Not Satisfactory etc)??
If so check out the Moodle docs page on Scales which explains how to create a new scale. If you are an Administrator you can make the scale global which means teachers can use it in their courses. When you export grades with the custom scale it is outlined on the report, however I have found that you cannot yet import grades using a scale with letters (see Tracker MDL-14840)

You can simply create a manual grade, as outlined in the online documentation.
