Dear all,
One of my user had paste an excel table at the label section in his course.
When he submitted it, the course page becomes messy. We could not edit / delete the label. The icon is inactive. 
Please help!

The text pasted into the label must be missing an end tag in the html. You could get a bit tricky here (as I have in the past for a teacher who did the same thing).
Click the Edit icon for the label in the previous block then alter the URL to the next section id number, eg
The previous label URL is .../moodle/course/editsection.php?id=80 then change the URL to moodle/course/editsection.php?id=81 and click 'Go' (if the 'bung' label is the first then edit the next one and change the number to 1 less), You will now be in the editing screen for the 'bung' label. You'll need to make sure the html is correct before clicking the Save Changes button I always use an html editor like Dreamweaver (or Frontpage if that's all you have) to clean up the html although the 'Clean Word html' button may help here.
