Websequitur & webrhubarb - SCORM

I am interested to know if it is possible to scorm the Webrhubarb and websequitur exercises, and include them in my Moodle classes. To my knowledge, there is no Textoy version with a SCORM function included.

I'd like to create activities like those produced by Glenys Hanson. http://cla.univ-fcomte.fr/english/text_reconstruction_exercises/voaindex.htm

It would be terrific if I could get MOODLE to score those exercises.

Hi Chick,
you can run Rhubarb and Sequitur exercises through Moodle using the HotPot module. Did you try that already? The only difference from running HP quizzes is that you have to use the htm files (not the sqt or rhb files) and you don't get so much detail about the student responses.

As far as I know there is currently no way to export directly from Rhubarb and Sequitur to a SCORM package - although it wouldn't surprise me if Martin H. and Stewart are planning something along those lines tongueout

cheers

I am planning to add SCORM to TexToys in its next version, but that may be a while off yet, I'm afraid. I'm working on Markin 4 and Hot Potatoes right now.

Cheers,
Martin

Gordon,
I just confirmed what you told me: uploading a textoys file via the Hotpot module does produce a score that is recorded in Moodle. GREAT! smile Thanks again for your help.
