I would like to know how can i make a Learning Forum, I can only manage to create the General Forum....
Can anyone help me.

According to this page of MoodleDocs, if you create a Forum in section 0 of the course (the top of the page) they will be labeled General Forums, while those created in specific parts of the course (the sections relative to topics or weeks) will be Learning Forums.
