I upgraded my site to Moodle 1.2, and now the resources and quizzes that utilize Unicode Hebrew no longer render in Hebrew characters. This is on MacOS 10.2.8 using Mozilla, which worked flawlessly in the past. Otherwise, the upgrade went swell. Is this likely a browser, server, database, or Moodle issue?
