"a required parameter was missing"

Sometimes I get this message after putting a link into the html editor.  I've pasted the link, given it a name and told it to open in a new window, but then I get a window with the above message and I find that the link I'd inserted hasn't got the "target=_blank" statement.
It's not a problem to me really, I can insert that line myself, but I thought somebody somewhere might want to know.
I'm using Mozilla 1.4 on WinXP, and my moodle installation is on a RedHat 8 server.

There are some odd problems with Mozilla's behavior when you're trying to insert image or link. Although the problem is not inserting those things, but it's that image tags and a (link) tags attributes does not get through to htmlarea code, it'll dissapear somewhere along the way. I've managed to trace this a little, but I haven't figure it out yet where the real problem lies.
