I've read several threads here but still unsure. Is the safest/best(?) way to delete Quiz scores through phpMyAdmin - mdl_quiz_grades?

The safest way is to delete them via the "Overview" option in "View Results". It is basically a dangerous thing to delete anything directly from the database because there are often other records pointing to the one that you delete.
Hi Tom - I see where I can "View Completed Quizzes" from the Quiz page within the Course page. But once I get to overview I don't see any place to delete scores. I'm running ver 1.1.1. Thanks
Ah, I think your answer is in the version. I would bet that the delete check marks are part of the newest release, beta 1.2.
Luckily, upgrading to the newest release is really easy!
