I am using 1.6.1 and I am trying to create lesson with custom scoring. Scoring behaves really strange. When I create multianswer question with 3 answers graded with 5, 10 and 20 points. At the end lesson writes 5 of 20 points. Shouldnt be there 5 of 35? I have multiple answers checkbox checked. Could anybody try in 1.6 to make question multi and matching and check scoring? Is it the bug? Or is it only my trouble?

Yes, this is a quirk with Lesson. In Multianswer all correct answers must be the same score and all incorrect answers should have the same score as well.
At the end, the Lesson module finds the highest score per question and totals that for the total points possible. In your case, 20. It is not however an aggregate of all the points in the Lesson, which is what you were thinking (the 35).
