When I add a question to a lesson, where there should be a box to write the questions and infomation, it does not appear.
This only happens for multiple choice questions and short answer questions.
Can anyone suggest how to solve this?

Which version of Moodle are you using?
When you add a question, say a true/false how do you do it? For example you could insert a question page or you could import a question in one of serveral formats into a lesson.
Do you have any 3rd part addins installed in you Moodle?
Can you see the question page in the logical order (list of pages) even if you can't see the content. For example, can you edit or create a page title, or an answer with a jump?
I confess being confused myself. I have not run into the problem of seeing one question type but not another. Sounds like one of the Lesson php files is not working for you, but somebody else will have to help you with that.

Hi Harvey,
Are you using Internet Explorer with the HTML editor turned On in your profile? I know that the HTML editor sometimes does not display for Internet Explorer and the fix is to just refresh the page. Also, to further test this, you can turn Off the HTML editor in your profile.
Post back if this is not the problem.

Using firefox it all works fine
