my steps:
I have Installed xampp v 8.2.12-0, Apache and Mysql works on xampp control panal.
I have installed phpmyadmin 5.2.1(note when I open phpmyadmin it does not take me to login page, it takes me to home page) so I have no logins details, but I can/created a database moodle and created a user moodleuser with prefered privliges.
next I installed moodle 4.3 in directory
c:\xampp\htdocs\moodle\
i try and accessing moodle via browser htttp://localhast/moodle (It faild) it show's "index of files"
Server
Start moodle.exe
Stop moodle.exe
readMe.file
http://localhost/moodle/server/moodle/install.php (it's works, but I know it's a wrong method please help me here )
next problem is the image below I am unable to change (databse user "root") it's coloured out ,it's a security risk' to leave alone as "root" please help. why is it coloured out
