The plugin download window is not displayed [Moodle 4.3]

After updating to Moodle 4.3, the plugin loading window is not displayed (screenshot 1)

It worked in version 4.1, see screenshot (screenshot2)

What could be the problem?

I would suspect a server error. But you might start by clearing caches just to see if that is not a quick fix.

I did it
I tried 3 different browsers, I also rebooted the virtual machine - but it didn't help.

I've fixed the problem

The problem was with the Lambda theme.

How to fix:
Change theme from Lambda to classic > Download new version of Lambda theme > Upload new theme > Change theme from classic to Lambd
