MOODLE version 4.0.4+
I have a remote user who cannot Enrol a student, even though he was able to last week. Here's what happens:
1. Once in the Course, he clicks 'Participants'
2. He clicks the button 'Enrol Users'
3. He gets the modal window where it asks for the student's name (we have more than 100 students so he clicks the drop-down arrow and tries to search for the name)
4. When he clicks into the input field to enter the name, it doesn't let him.
I suspected it was a JavaScript issue, so I had a local IT company come in and check his hardware and software. According to them, everything is ship-shape but my remote user was not impressed by the technician and thought he could have missed something (especially with the tech not knowing anything about MOODLE).
Has anyone seen this before? I'm at a loss as to what it might be. Help?
