Enrolment

We use the 'Creation of new courses settings' in the enrol_externaldatabase plugin, and it works fine. However it would be useful to have a setting to have the courses titles syncing throughout the year, as they sometimes get updated on the external system.
We currently have this in our code, as a core hack. We have a tick box to 'sync course titles', unticked if not. But we're trying to remove as many of these core code changes as possible, so just wondering if anyone else thinks this would be a useful feature to extend into the external database plugin? Or is there another workaround that people do for this.
