Do Moodle Certified Integrations work on MoodleCloud? I am specifically looking to use ReadSpeaker within MoodleCloud.

MoodleCloud is our off-the-shelf, pre-configured version of Moodle LMS. It is pre-configured with only a few selected plugins and additional plugins cannot be installed. The flexibility of installing a wide variety of plugins to customise Moodle is a feature of Moodle LMS rather than MoodleCloud.
If ReadSpeaker (or any other plugin) is essential for your business, you will need to use Moodle LMS. You can get Moodle LMS through a Moodle Certified Partner or you can download Moodle for free to install and host on your own server.
