I am wondering if it might be useful/possible to have the STACK bulk test script adapted so that the bulk test can be run on a selected category within a context not on the all the STACK questions in a context.
Richard Lobb has this in the CodeRunner question bulk tester (you can click expand at the level you are at to expand the category tree one more level, select the next, etc) and it is very helpful for us. We have a lot of STACK questions as we use a category question bank shared by multiple courses, and more generally being able to run the bulk tests on a particular part of the overall question bank can be helpful when organising workflow.
The STACK bulk tester has been very helpful in our transition to Moodle 4.0 (thank you) but having the expand-by-category capability could have made it even better
