Hi,
Sometimes, BBB recordings of some BBB activities, appear duplicated on Moodle. [SS1]
When we checked the database, we saw that there were more than one record with the same recordingid.[SS2] When we checked this record on the scalelite server, we saw that there was only 1 record.
It's a problem we've had for the last 2 days, but we haven't made any changes or updates to the system for the last 1 month. We anticipate it may be a network related issue, but we expect moodle to be able to handle it.
Do you have any idea about this?
