Progress Reports

I have 21 students and each has a mentor (parent or teacher) that assists.  We have set up mentor logins in the past but very few use this feature and it just shows the grades they can not view their individual grades and of course they are super busy so sending them a update via email works best.

Is there a way to run a report that exports what you would see on the grade book user view so I can send this out to the mentors. Right now I have to individually go into each students grade and do a screen grab of grades and then paste in 21 different emails.

Any suggestions on how to expedite this?

Thanks

I am not sure that I understand. Even if Moodle could produce 21 grade book (user views) you would still have to send out 21 individual emails.

It seems that if the mentors are not interested in logging into moodle for their mentee, they might not care to look at what you email them. Or they might think that you are sending them too many emails. It seems far better for them to log into Moodle when they are curious to know what their student is doing.
