I'm using Moodle 3.10. When I add a new External tool I set the Grade to Type: Point and Maximum grade: 600. When I save it gives me an error "Invalid grade value. This must be an integer between 1 and 200". It doesn't matter what grade category I use or if uncategorised.
I only saw two other threads with this issue. One from 2016 (most likely not 3.10) directed to go to admin settings > grades > general settings. I don't see this option on my end.
The other directed to go to site administration > search for "grade point maximum" or "grade point default." Again, I don't see this option on my end.
I dug around my Moodle settings as much as possible and don't see any option to change this. Gradebook setup, Course grade settings, Preferences: Grader report, Edit course settings, nothing has an option to change this value. I don't see any value or option to change the maximum allowable grade for an assignment anywhere. Yet, mine is preset to 200.
Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
