Course backup and restore does not restore contentbank H5P files

Course backup and restore does not restore contentbank H5P files

Hello,

Hope this is the right forum to post this question.  I am the admin of our test and production moodle sites.

1) I tried to back up a course with "include content bank content" checkbox ticked from our test site as MBZ file and restore the course on our production site. All the topic and activities are restored but not the H5P files on the content bank. Any idea why this is happening? Is it not allowed? Allowed H5P content types are the same between sites.

2) We found a plugin to download all the H5P files enmasse zipped from a course, but found no way to upload them enmasse to the content bank on another site.

I searched a bit and found only this discussion thread  https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=427198#p1722043

Thanks

Dunno if this will help or not, but ....

https://docs.moodle.org/400/en/Content_bank

Says:

Restoring a course with a content bank

When restoring a course, the content bank contents are also restored to the new course. Please keep in mind that the user who restores the course will be the owner of the content bank contents in the new course, and this will affect who can edit or delete the contents based on the Delete any content from the content bank and Manage any content from the content bank capabilities.

https://docs.moodle.org/400/en/Capabilities/moodle/contentbank:manageanycontent

On your second screen shot it showed a 'more info about this error' link.   Where did that go?
