Hi fellow moodlers,
I am currently defining a role for Graduates. My installation is multiyear platform, where each year I create a new category for the courses within. After about three years, students graduate, but we want them still to have access to their grades, course materials etc.
I want to create a role that will prevent them basically from:
- Accessing quizzes and quiz previews (but still to be able to see their grade on the quiz)
- Accessing their submitted work (but still to be able to see their grade)
- Receiving emails from front page news or any other forum within courses.
That is basically what I am trying to accomplish.
So far, I created a new role, based it on the Archetype Student, and now I am reading up on all the permissions I am supposed to remove to achieve this.
Any advice or suggestion is highly appreciated!
