Help Needed: Can't access site administration

Hi there,

Can anyone please help. I can not access site administration.

It says "Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: get_user_timezone_offset() can not be used any more, please use standard PHP DateTimeZone class instead"

Before it happens, I installed hotpot and QuizPort.

I uninstalled the QuizPort and everything back to normal.
