Roles and permissions

Hi Randy,
Thank you for the suggestion - it wasn't a visible role, so I made the change.

Also went to Site administration>Users>Permissions>Define roles and adjusted the Super Teacher role to be able to view/assign itself. This also solved a related Big Blue Button issue where the instructor wasn't automatically set to Moderator.
