I made some users as mentor , and assign them a parent role
The normal method is then assign relative parent role to them manually
now i need give theses parents( mentors) the ability to add users to appear in mentees block
first i tried to edit the role perimission , but cant find the perimission that enable them to do that
the i tried to :
1- make cohort for each mentor
2- Assign user roles to cohort
3 - link each mentor with a cohort
4- this step is what i ask for , make each mentor to choose user and enroll it into the cohort

The Parent role is assigned in the user context (via the child's profile page).
To enable parents to browse the list of users and add users to a cohort, you need to create a new custom role and assign it in the system context (via Site admin / Users / Permissions / Assign system roles. For more details, please see the documentation Creating custom roles.
