trouble putting a video on the StartPage

Hi,

i am trying to upload a 150Mb Video on the Startpage and it will not succeed.

This is Moodle 3.10.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 Linux.

The Server-Info shows a maximum Filesize for uploading of 5000 Mb or 4,9 Gb.
It all worked before the update from 3.10+ to 3.10.2.

I have searched the moodle-settings (Administration / Security) where i see 4.9 Gb / 5000 Mb.

When i edit the Sitetext in TinyMCE and click the icon for a video, i get a popup where i can choose the video from the local disk
but when i tell moodle to upload then i see a turning round figure and nothing happens.

I tried it with a 7 Mb Video and then it works.

Any idea what could block or slows down the upload?
Or should i upload the Videos outside Moodle and just use links/urls?

Hi Jan - Not sure what could have gone wrong after the minor upgrade, but have you checked the following variables: https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/File_upload_size#Modifying_the_php.ini_file

I will have a look at that, i could be nginx that does not have the right settings.

I have written an uploadscript so TinyMCE can load the videos with an URL.
