External Database Authentication is missing

I would like to implement an external database authentication system, but if I go to Site administration > Plugins > Authentication > External database I can't find the last piece: External Database. I have a table with the following authentication method: "Manual accounts, No login, MoodleCloud, Email-based self-registration, LTI, MNet authentication, ..."

I'm using MoodleCloud version 3.10.1

I would like to enable the external authentication but I cannot find it.

Hi Davide,

As you've found, external database authentication is not available in MoodleCloud. In order to use it, you will need a different hosting solution, such as with one of our Moodle Partners.
