Want to change some elements in the navigation

Hi there, I'm a newbie of the moodle and I want to edit my navigation but I really have no Idea.
I'm using Moodle 3.10+ (Build: 20201217).



First, notification and message icon would be aligned horizontally, but it is vertically.  How I can edit this?
 




Second, Courses menu also need the ▾ icon(just like My courses and This courses), how I can add that?

Which theme is selected? And which version of the theme?
