Disabling the Tab Function

Hi all,

I have been asked the following question by a colleague:

---------

so in this field (See screen shot) he can enter the answer. However, if the student would like to add a TAB to its input, then the next control is selected (in this case it is the “previous page” button, and with another TAB the next control is chosen. This is the usual behavior that TABs are used to jump from control to control. However, I would like to disable this behavior.

If I switch to the HTML mode, then I can enter TABs as expected, but this mode does not help as page breaks are not handle as expected, I only wanted to show that it would be possible to configure such a field that the TAB does NOT jump to the next control.

For the student it then looks as per the screen shot below:

Paul, somehow I don't think HTML allows TAB characters (as modern word processors allow.)

I am not sure how you are entering TABs in HTML mode. A screenshot could help.
