Session error when installing on docker swarm

Hello, this is my first time posting a discussion.

I'm trying to deploy Moodle 3.10 on docker swarm, this is my first time with Moodle installation because I asked by my colleague to install Moodle for the high school final examination.

I'm using an external (different and dedicated server) MariaDB database and Redis for caching purpose

The thing is if I just deploy a single instance of Moodle, it runs perfect, but when I try to replicate it with more than 2 instances, the website is giving me some weird session error such as user can't log in to the website, session always timed out (screenshot attached), the user asked to log out from the web and more.

I'm afraid if I just installed it on a single server with a 4 CPU and 8GB ram, it can't handle more than 1000 users simultaneously

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
