I'm a beginner in Moodle and facing an issue with users that have a custom role (student archetype) can't see any contacts on messaging system. When searching for a contact, no results are returned.
The moodle/site:sendmessage capability is set to authenticated user. Allow site-wide messaging is enabled.
Moodle version: 3.8.3
