Shuffle answers in quizzes

I am trying to set up shuffling question in the Cloze quiz, using MCVS.

I have somehow got it shuffling the answers so that it is giving the wrong answer as correct - so I have answers a (correct),b(wrong),c(wrong),d(wrong); it is shuffling them so that it goes b(correct),c(wrong), a(wrong),d(wrong).

I really can't see how it is doing this.

This is an example of a question that is doing it:

Put these peoples in the order they conquered Britain: </span>{1:MCVS:%100%  Celts, Romans,

Angles, Vikings, Normans #correct~%0%Angles, Saxons, Celts, Romans,

Normans#wrong~%0%  Romans, Normans, Celts, Saxons#wrong~%0% Romans, Celts, Vikings, Saxons, Normans#wrong}

I would be grateful for any help.

Hello Kim,
I used your syntax and couldn't replicate the problem, the answers are always correctly assessed. What I noticed in the Decode and verify the question text function is that some answers have a "dirty" HTML format. Maybe you can try to "clean" the format and try again.
