Error after Install and Configure Moodle (Moodle Not running)

Hy, I have a problem when I've finish install moodle with xampp in windows

everything looks like ok when I install moodle, but after I configure the user, name, location, etc, and then I update profile, I got error like this, not only firefox but also chrome


I've checked the firewall and it's turn off , and I already try to delete folder cache and localcache, but it still same, no effect

 so how I solved this problem?

I can't use my moodle if still like this

So can you get into Moodle? Or does it crash while trying to finish the initial Moodle installation?

Did you reboot the computer after installing the XAMPP package?

I've resart my computer after installing xampp package
everything looks well when I finish the installation (xampp, and also moodle), and my operating system is WINDOWS 10
I've try again but it still won't work
is there any suggetion for me ?
