Show total number of questions in a quiz

Hi, 

I want to show the question number in exams like this: Question 1 of 200

Can any one help me in which file I should make this change?

I see in every page the page title is same as what I want but is there any way to show the number of all questions in info box?

Dear @Tim Hunt thanks so much. I saw the link you have sent. Is there any way to show the total number of questions on top of the question where the question number is seen. I mean hear in the below iamge
