Moodle 3.5.10 (Build: 20200113) on ubuntu 18.04.4 on Amazon hosting, local mysql server mysqld Ver 5.7.30-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 for Linux on x86_64 ((Ubuntu)).
We have quizzes in our course. When the user meets criteria (100% correct, unlimited attempts), they get a check mark:
That one is red because I manually over-road it.
When a user gets their 100% complete, they get the checkmark but when they logout and log back in, the check mark disappears. They then report the issue and I do a manual full regrade on all 6 quizzes and upon doing so, usually all is good and the completion certificate activity at the end is accessible and they can get their certificate. If they logout and log back in again, the check mark disappears again.
Even when the check mark disappears, I can still see the quiz and that they got 100%.
Any ideas ?
