Is it possible to hide or disable the Activities block at the bottom of the Lessons on the App, as per the image attached

if your Moodle version is higher than 3.5.2 or 3.6.0 then you will be able to disable it. Please login in browser as admin and go to "Site administration > Mobile app > Mobile features". In the "Disabled features" list, please select the option named "Activities" inside a group names "Block" and save the changes.
In the app, perform a logout/login or restart the app to force the settings to be updated in your app. After doing this you shouldn't see the Activities block in the app.
