It seems that you decided to install or update some plugins, and in order to finish the process you need to click the "Upgrade Moodle databse now" button at the bottom, which you didn't include fully in the screenshot.

When having a problem with installing a plugin, it's always good to read through the comments in the plugin page:

I see that Márton Bacsó wrote on Fri, Jul 22, 2016, 2:00 PM, a comment that mentiond an error 500. Take a look, and even if you won't find your answer in the existing comments, try to contact the developer of the plugin and ask him.
