Moodle upgrade pending, cron execution suspended

Dear All,

I just install Moodle 3.8.1Built 20200113.

The website is OK but the cron tasks do not work. In the log file (I redirect the output of cron to a file) I found the message

"Moodle upgrade pending, cron execution suspended"

Would you please show me how to fix this problem

Did you complete your installation/upgrade by visiting the Administration Notification page ?

Thank you for your reply. There is no upgrading possibility in the Administration Notification.
Please give me another hint to overcome this problem. No cron tasks can be performed curretly sad

Can you purge caches via cli?
try php admin/cli/purge_caches.php and try again.
