Problem loading site post plugin install

I installed the latest windows version of Moodle 3.8 via bitnami and xampp.

Everything went fine and I also solved all errors.

Then I installed a Moodle plugin H5P. It logged me out while installing and still I managed to access again and reinstall.

After successfully installing plugin, I clicked site administration and it failed to load.

Rstarted laptop, changed my ISP to alternative higher bandwidth and still the url

http://localhost/server/moodle/my/index.php

failed to load

Error says Problem loading page.

I checked in google chrome, firefox and Microsoft edge.

But nothing works.

Could you help resolve this?

Check your web server's error log. If that doesn't turn anything up, enabled Debugging in Moodle (you'll need to do it in the config.php file), reproduce the problem and check the error log again.

Just an aside - we don't recommend "one click installers" like Bitnami. They tend to set things up in weird ways that we don't know about and can be vey tricky to provide support for. It might be worth asking whoever provided Bitnami for you.
