Hi everyone. Is it possible to migrate or integrate the Lifter LMS into Moodle?
If it can be done, can anyone please share the steps for the same?

I've never even heard of Lifter but... the same question has been asked about just about every other LMS. So... it will be *possible* somehow or other. However, is it worth the effort? I doubt it.
Every LMS has a different view of the world. Even if you manage to transfer some or all of the materials, you still won't have a course you can actually run. You may find it's less effort to simply rebuild the courses from scratch.
