Hi Sam,
You can keep eb-courses page of Edwiser Bridge in the draft if you are using the WooCommerce Integration premium extension of the Edwiser Bridge plugin. Also, there is a link to access the associated Course in Single Product page of WooCommerce, this link can also be hidden by disabling the link from WooCommerce Integration setting.
