Evidence for competencies not being record (was recorded previusly)

I have several SCORM activities in my courses. When i go to competencies within the course and look at the competencies, the evidence shows that the activity was completed in February. Now ,when i complete the activity , the evidence is not being shown.

The Learning plan is also not being updated.

What could have gone wrong?

Did you just add the Competencies to the course and/or learning plans?
Moodle will not "go back in time" to award the competencies. You will need to manually rate each student if competencies and learning plans were added later.

The Monitoring of learning plans plugin - allows an administrator to Mass Rate all student's within a learning plan.

Are you Cron jobs running?
Site Admin>Server>Scheduled Tasks> 1. Complete learning plans which are due
2. Completion mark as started
3. Calculate regular completion data

If that doesn't correct the issue. You will need to manually rate each student.

Thanks Shirley.
Some users were deleted and because of that learning plan scheduler job was not able to execute properly. It has been fixed now.
