I have a module in a course that was developed using Storyline 3 and has a quiz at the end. One student has taken the test several times and reaches the Well Done screen which would indicate he has received a passing score. Moodle records his grade as 9,09 and doesn't check the completion box so he can continue in the course.
This is only happening with this one person. It doesn't happen when I go in as a student, when I go in under my test name, or when other students take the test. When I check the log for this student I can see that he's gone into the module many times, but the log only indicates the first time he took the quiz getting a score of 9.09 and failing. It doesn't register any of the other attempts even though it does show him entering the module.
I checked the log for another student and it seems to be registering everything correctly.
Very strange!
