I have a problem with my firewall and the provider is asking about moodle's user agent. I have no idea what that is, does it exist in moodle?

I've sent them this file but it wasn't what they were looking for.

When Moodle makes out-going HTTP requests, I think it calls itself MoodleBot. https://github.com/moodle/moodle/blob/14cdf51189f059373bbff381147687ae6ca64494/lib/filelib.php#L3348
