Recently ugraded Moodle from 3.5 to 3.6.3. Now when I go to Server administration - Plugins - Web services - API documentation, I get this error message: "Cannot find file with external function implementation". Documentation was in place before the upgrade.

My guess would be a broken optional plugin.
Anyway, switch on Debugging. Check your web server's error log. We're hoping to find where this problem originated.
