Cache issues installing plugins

Hi, some days ago started deploying moodle under high availability infrastructure on AWS. I've dealed with some problems but now are fixed, everything is working except plugins installation.

When I'm trying to install, upload the zip file, checks are performed ok but on the last screen when the upgrade database button is clicked something strange happens, files in /moodle/cache/ are deleted automatically, then an error message appears asking for those deleted files and of course the installation fails. Then I have to restore files in /cache/ manually to put everything working again (without the plugin).

I've read a lot of forum post suggesting some configurations about cache (I'm using ElastiCache), and as I mentioned everything is working fine, users upload, courses, even website speed is very good (< 5s), but plugins installation is my weakness (BTW, themes plugins install normally)

I'm using Moodle 3.2 and ElastiCache with Redis.

Thank you so much, this is urgent!
