Manually Remove Plugin from CPanel

Hello,


So I installed the Policy plugin, which was already installed and updated,


I am now stuck at the Plugin CHeck page and cannot move further.


How do I make changes to my DB or CPanel to remove the old plugin that seems to cause the problem?

I couldn't navigate out of the page.

Was a bit frustrating, so I had to simply go to the back end and restore a back-up.
