We run a course that is offered to the public. We plan to use Moodle for our educational parts. For the meantime, we are looking to make it so that members of the public can both register and enroll in one step, as opposed to the very confusing current system of registration then enrollment.
Does such a thing exist and I'm missing it? Or how could this be accomplished?
It does appear that others have thought about and tried this. The question was asked in 2013, but nothing came of it. Jason Hollowell wrote about a plugin called "registration enrollment", but it appears to have different functionality than what I'm talking about above.
