My organization using Moodle wants to give users a 0 who haven't submitted an assignment past the due date.
From my research, no one has done this.
I have just finished building the report generation, and this is so profound this isn't already done.
With this plugin you can push notifications out to users to alert them "Hey your assignment just got a 0".
Is there interest in releasing this as open source standalone plugin?
Here's a screenshot of the plugin running for a specific course (you could also do this system wide but might eat CPU up a bit...)
